Inspired by Mediterranean seafood dishes which offer bright, vibrant colours, paired with beautiful natural herbs, spices and condiments that celebrate the fruits of the sea - dishes that are loved by many and have made their journey around the world. Inspiring many to recreate these remarkable flavour combos. I decided to take my love of travel and combine that with my Cornwall hometown. Developing a new collection of fine art prints which celebrate the vibrance and beauty within these dishes.
