Refund policy
All sales are final. The customer MUST inspect all items carefully before purchasing them and upon sale contact HLSdesigner with any amendments or personalised needs during the same day of purchase. Only then can we attempt to make any amendments to address or personal preferences before 24 hours has passed. This is due to the order processing and dispatching. Once purchase has been finalised, the product will be processed and dispatched which we cannot make amendments to. Every order is different, so although making contact within the first 24hours, it may not always be possible to make any changes to your order. Please be mindful of this and triple check your shipping address and order is certain before checkout.
During dispatch time there could be delays in transport and although delivery may be on time please allow up to 3 - 5 weeks for delivery.
HLSdesigner reserves all rights to all products mentioned and shown on this website as well as on all social media platforms and thereafter sale agreement.
HLSdesigner does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges unless under extreme damage. For example an original item has been posted out for delivery that arrives with proven damage and is proven to be a non-personalised or commissioned one of a kind product.
If for any reason the product arrives damaged, please send photo evidence of damaged item in its original packaging (This packaging MUST NOT be removed if product seems damaged in any way) with clear imagery evidence of damaged area. This will then be evaluated upon necessary terms of evidence and severity of damage scale. Therefore the request may only then be reviewed. Returns are not guaranteed to be accepted. HLSdesigner can refuse to refund if item has been damaged after receipt of delivery - therefore if opened, hung, tampered with - this also includes and not limited to any evidence of finger prints, tearing, pulling, stretching, creasing, intentional smudging or vandalising any appearance of the product. All returns must be in original packaging.
HLSdesigner holds no responsibility of return costs.
If accepted - Once HLSdesigner is in receipt of the agreed returned damaged goods, (original items only) a full refund will be applied - excluding if personalised or commissioned in which case the commission terms of agreement will enforce. Has sufficient evidence of product becoming damaged during shipping and can be proven on the same day of delivery calculated by evidence and severity of damaged product.
HLSdesigner reserves all rights to not issue refunds or returns.
HLSdesigner, at the moment only offers services to UK residents, this includes commissions and any item sold via socials, website. We value your continued support through following and staying up to date through our socials for any events/news regarding new upcoming shipping regions. We hope to soon be shipping internationally.
