Shipping policy

Our team is dedicated to shipping your orders as soon as possible. Please note that on occasion, delays in dispatching orders may occur at busy periods. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience and thank you greatly for your patience.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer express shipping. We have found that for international orders specifically, express shipping does not impact the timeframe in which you will receive the item.

If you need a change of address, we must be alerted within 1 hour of purchase in order to attempt a redirect. We are unable to change the address once it has dispatched. Please contact us through the contact page as soon as possible.

Duties and taxes

The studio is located in Cornwall, United Kingdom and is not liable for import fees on any products purchased. This includes but is not limited to the commissioning of a custom piece, originals and prints and products that are purchased.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any duties, value added tax or other similar charges for international shipping if purchased/ going to outside the UK. Please be mindful when purchasing as additional charges may apply upon shipping to your country, If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is in its original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to your country).

All sales are final. The customer MUST inspect all items carefully before purchasing them and upon sale contact HLSdesigner with any amendments or personalised needs during the same day of purchase. Once purchase has been finalised, the product will be processed and dispatched during this time there could be delays in transport and although delivery may be on time please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

All products will be processed and delivered as high quality and packaged carefully to ensure safe shipping. Please contact HLSdesigner via Facebook or email prior to over seas orders, if the customer is based overseas (anywhere other than UK and Ireland). UK shipping is calculated in the cart area upon finalisation of product purchase. Although great care and attention is applied during processing and shipping please note that HLSdesigner does not take any responsibility for delays in post and therefore retains the right to not issue refunds for late arrivals. 

Some overseas delivery time frames may differ and could therefore take longer to arrive than expected, please be patient in these times.

Please ensure a correct and up to date address and postal code is submitted upon purchase as this can not be changed once complete. HLSdesigner will only then process and continue to post said item once payment has been fully processed.

HLSdesigner does not offer returns or exchanges. If anything arrives damaged photo and time evidence will be required of damaged caused to parcel within its packaging and an investigation will be carried out and decision made carefully whether to refund item. Items cannot be returned once delivered so please ensure to choose carefully. we do not accept returns or refunds to those that dislike / no longer want the item.

All prints come rolled and tubed for shipping unless otherwise stated or where packaging becomes more sustainable not to. Therefore please allow for packaging to be varied throughout orders. We try our best to provide high quality shipping and printing so please be patient while we arrange for your item to be created and dispatched to you.
