POST - MOULES MARINIERE 

This print is a representation of empty mussel shells after moules mariniere was served. dressed and served in its shell amongst its complimentary jus. Cleaned and vivid with shell blues and silver. Created with acrylic and watercolour and then finished with detailing from a fine art illustration pen.

The seafood platter - I wanted to take the thought of food lovers and chefs alike and merge them into some ocean inspired illustrations. I came up with the seafood platter series. A range of art prints that show the fruits of the sea paired up with complimentary herbs and ingredients. My love of the ocean comes from direct inspiration of the ever changing behavioural temperaments of the ocean and how dangerous yet calming it can be. Along with this I also love to explore the species of what lies beneath the surface, what strange creatures that I can find and put this into my work.
